The Record--Clifton group gathers to discuss PARCC testing options
CLIFTON — As testing time once again nears, City parents were invited to learn about their rights concerning the PARCC exam.
The panel discussion was led by Matt Stagliano of the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) and included a district parent and activist, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a former Paterson School Board member.
About 15 attendees met at the Clifton Public Library last Tuesday night to discuss the test which 745 students refused to take last year in Clifton.
