Wall Street Journal - Regional Schools' Uneven Per-Pupil Costs Get Scrutiny  ‘…New Jersey has seen a wave of disputes over how to pay for regional schools. Cape May, Seaside Park and Sea Bright are among many towns fighting to cut their payments to shared districts.
