2. TRENTON – Governor Jon S. Corzine recenetly signed the following bills into law:
A45 / S1912 (Cryan, Rumana, Moriarty, Malone, Turner) - Eliminates role of State Board of Education in the appeal of Commissioner of Education decisions in disputes arising under the State school laws
A2965 / S1911 (Moriarty, Wolfe, Turner) - Establishes Commissioner of Education as the rule-making authority under several school district accountability statutes
