Attorney General Zulima Farber has filed a brief with the Supreme Court asking for the Court's permission to flat fund the Abbott districts for FY07. Significantly, the brief cites compelling statistics to underscore the validity of its request and the brief also notes the intent of the Governor to devise a new school funding formula that works appropriately and equitably for all of New Jersey's public schoolchildren.
