2. GSCS Budget 2006-2007 Report – Marjorie Heller, Walter Mahler
ü Discussion and consensus
President-elect & Chair of the FY07 Budget committee Heller presented the committee’s recommendations to the board. After discussion and Q&A, the board voted unanimously to approve the GSCS FY07 Budget as presented: Motion made by Walter Mahler, seconded by Larry Feinsod.
- Nominating Committee 2006-2007 Report – Larry Feinsod
Chairman Feinsod presented the Committee’s recommendations for the 2006-2007 Board of Trustees and Executive Board; Mount Laurel will be replaced by a new trustee district, which will be confirmed at the May GSCS Board meeting for final approval. The Executive Board will be comprised as follows: President - Marjorie Heller/Little Silver; President-elect – Daniel Fishbein/Glen Ridge; Vice Presidents – Toni Hopkins/Moorestown and Linda Nelson/ Schotch Plains-Fanwood; Treasurer – Jim O’Neill/Chatham; Past President - Walter Mahler.
